Scarlett Johansson is an American actress and performer who was born in the city of New York the city of New York, on November 22nd the 22nd of November, 1984. Her performances have earned an acclaim in a diverse range of genres including the genres of period dramas as well as action and thrillers. Johansson lived within New York City as the daughter of an architect, and also the owner of a production company. She and her twin brother Hunter were the youngest siblings of four. When she was just seven year old, she began making auditions for TV commercials. After that, she was enrolled in the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and later took classes at the Professional Children's School in Manhattan for further training in her craft. When she was eight, she appeared with Ethan Hawke in the Off-Broadway production Sophistry when she was nine. At that age, she made her film debut in Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson later appeared as a character in Just Cause (1995), her debut came with Manny & Lo a coming of age drama about sisters running away. After that, she earned critical praise for portraying a teenage girl who had suffered an accident that left her with a blemish as she appeared in The Horse Whisperer (1998). Renee Felice Smith was a teenager when she first began her professional career as an entertainer. When she was a kid Smith was interested in the field of acting. Smith found her first role as an actor at six years old through the support of her parents. On a TV commercial Smith starred as Dannon Yogurt. Much like many other new actresses have done, she decided to further develop her talent in theatre. As she worked on other projects around the USA she also had her stage debut with Wildflower. She attended the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory part of the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts'.
