Laura Linney

Laura Linney (born on February 5, 1964 in New York, New York U.S.A.) has been an American actress who is known for her role as a strong and vulnerable character. Linney is a member of a theatre family her father was a playwright and writer Romulus Linney. In 1986, she received her degree at Brown University. She then studied Theatre Arts at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before getting her degree from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. in New York City in 1990. She was in New York City when she began in her Broadway career. She was praised for the two shows Hedda Gabrieller as well as Six Degrees of Separation.
